Due to the custom nature of our cabinetry work, deposits for approved projects are non-refundable once production has begun. This covers materials purchased specifically for your project and labor already invested.
If you cancel a project before designs are approved and production begins, we will refund your deposit minus any consultation and design fees incurred. These fees cover the time and expertise invested in developing your custom design.
If there are defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected items at no charge. We stand behind the quality of our work and will make it right. This does not constitute a refund but rather a commitment to quality resolution.
Changes to project specifications after approval may result in additional costs. We will provide updated pricing before proceeding with any modifications. Significant changes may impact the project timeline and previously agreed terms.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel before production begins, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus design fees and any materials already ordered. Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable.
